LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PROFILE

C.T. Male’s Land Development Group has completed a multitude of site plans for buildings within British American Development Corporation’s 240+ acre Airport Park development in the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York. Preparation of these site plans included site layout, parking, utility planning, grading, erosion control, landscaping, lighting and site-specific details. Stormwater reports and roadway utility profiles were prepared according to town engineering requirements. Master plan studies for undeveloped portions of the Park include circulation layouts, density build-out calculations, concept development and grading feasibility. C.T. Male has provided project approval assistance, including Planning Board presentation and design coordination with other consultants and building contractors.
