Lake Placid Hilton Redevelopment Project

The Lane Hospitality Group is planning a 46-unit condominium/hotel complex on Mirror Lake Drive where an existing motel is to be demolished. The building is architecturally influenced by the Adirondack style, incorporating many of the characteristics of prominent structures in and around Lake Placid. Building materials will include natural stone and wood shake siding. Covered parking, a conference center, a spa and wellness center and indoor/outdoor swimming pools are some of the guest amenities to be featured.

C.T. Male will provide consulting services related to the preparation of site plans, design to relocate an existing sanitary sewer and pump station, a stormwater management system involving underground treatment and detention structures, visual impact analysis and 3-D simulations for zoning variances and review by the Adirondack Park Agency (APA).
