Development of land requires the expertise of design professionals familiar with the standards necessary for specific uses, as well as skills in negotiating the municipal review process and State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) review (for projects in New York State).

Our residential project portfolio includes single family home subdivisions, condominium projects, townhouses and apartment complexes. On the commercial side our projects include strip malls, shopping centers, power centers, office complexes and technology parks.

The Land Development Group is staffed with Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers and technicians, all bringing their extensive experience to the project team. Additionally, the Land Development Group closely interacts with the other groups in the firm:

• The Survey Group for base mapping and land features that will impact design concepts
• The Environmental Group for wetland delineations, SEQRA compliance support and mitigation plans
• The Civil Group for stormwater management planning and utility extensions
