C.T. Male conducted the overall design, construction observation and contract administration for two 7.5-mg pre-stressed concrete reservoirs constructed within what was formerly Clark Reservoir. Also included are connections to 24” inlet and outlet piping, sampling and chlorination piping, site drainage and landscaping.

The two reservoirs are piped so that they are normally operated in series but can also be operated in parallel; one reservoir can be out of service for repairs and the other can be in service and on the system.
