LATHAM, NY (June 2008) – James McIver has joined C.T. Male Associates, P.C. as a Managing Geologist in the Environmental Services Division.  Before joining C.T. Male Associates, P.C., he was an Associate and Project Director with Fuss & O’Neill of Poughkeepsie, New York and prior to that he was Director of Environmental Services for the Chazen Companies.  Mr. McIver brings with him over twenty three years of experience in environmental investigations, remediation projects and regulatory compliance programs.  His expertise is also in brownfields where he has worked closely with clients and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to successfully redevelop environmentally challenged properties.

Jim has lived in the lower Hudson Valley since 1989.  He has a Bachelors degree in Geology from the University of Massachusetts, a Masters Degree in Geology and Geophysics from Boston College and a Masters in Business Administration from Marist College.
