Since 1910, Charles T. Male’s vision for his new company centered on the core values of Experience, Excellence and Expertise.  To ensure success and to build a strong business, the company needed to establish roots within the community.   Charlie felt it was important to be part of the fabric of a growing, healthy economy by committing as an employer to providing jobs for the local workforce while supporting a wide variety of community events.

Today, C.T. Male Associates is approaching its 100 year Anniversary and our core values have not changed.  Our commitment to the community in the areas of the Arts, Athletics, Cultural, Historical, Business, Youth and Charitable Organizations is still as strong as ever.   Investing in these key areas supporting our present community members, and working to develop our future leaders has allowed our company to grow into the 150 person consulting firm it is today. 

Being around for 100 years has taught us a lot about working together.  So as the future continues to unfold in front of us, you will still find C.T. Male in your community on the ball fields coaching, fighting fires and responding to emergencies, being Big Brothers and Sisters, raising money for charities, keeping our environment clean and green while doing whatever it takes to ensure our corner of the world is a great place to work and live.
