EDWARD GARRIGAN, P.L.S ELECTED CHAIRMAN OF C.T. MALE ASSOCIATES, P.C.

LATHAM, NY (December 2009)– C.T. Male Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce that Mr. Edward F. Garrigan, P.L.S. has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors.   

Mr. Garrigan joined the firm in 1985 as a Survey Crew Chief and has advanced through the firm holding various management positions.  Mr. Garrigan has served a wide variety of clients and directs multi-discipline project teams for projects involving surveying, GIS, engineering and environmental services. He also serves as the firm’s Chief Information Officer and is Vice President of the Land Services Division.   Mr. Garrigan is active in the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and serves as the Chairman of their Council of Professional Surveyors coalition.  Mr. Garrigan Is a licensed land surveyor in the States of New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
