C. T. MALE IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE DAVE PLANTE HAS EARNED HIS AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF CERTIFIED PLANNERS (AICP) CERTIFICATION

LATHAM, NY (December 2009 ) - C.T. Male Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce that David Plante has earned his certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).  Dave joined C.T. Male in 2005 as an Environmental Scientist and Planner.  His responsibilities include assisting with the review and development of all planning related projects throughout the firm; assisting with the development of grant and funding opportunities for municipal clients; State Environmental Quality Reviews (SEQR) including the preparation and review of Environmental Impact Statements (EIS); land use analysis and feasibility studies; performing visual impact analyses; biological surveys; threatened and endangered species reviews, environmental permitting and preparation of Wetland Restoration and Monitoring Plans.  

Mr. Plante holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Albany and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Siena College. He is active in the community and is a member of the American Planning Association, Upstate Chapter; Capital Region Planners Association, Malta Sunrise Rotary; the Malta Business & Professionals Association and is on the Community Advisory Board for the Siena College Department of Environmental Studies.
