TL-470 Natural Gas Pipeline Project - Applied for and obtained environmental permits and approvals from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NYS Department of State and the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. The Hudson River was crossed via directional drilling. In accordance with the State's Local Waterfront Revitalization Program, a Coastal Zone Consistency Determination was applied for and obtained from the New York State Department of State Coastal Zone Management Program. Wetland delineation, surveying, and stormwater permitting. Full time environmental inspection and coordinated archeological work which resulted in Phase III excavations.
TL-474 x2 FERC Filing - Natural resource assessments, wetland delineations and environmental permitting. Prepared FERC Environmental Resource Reports and draft environmental assessment, including archeological report. Permits coordinated with USACOE, PA DEP, Armstrong Conservation District and others.
Wetland Plan - Field characterizations and delineation. Assessed required environmental permits and approvals.
LN-505 Environmental Permitting - Field characterizations, wetland delineation and data research. Assessed required environmental permits and approvals. Prepare Joint Application for Permit, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan & Notice of Intent and submit all to NYSDEC.
Schenectady Area Stream Washouts - Field characterizations, wetland delineation and data research. Assessed required environmental permits and approvals for stream washouts.

LN-31 Six Mile Creek Lowering - Prepare additional environmental permits, update Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan and request permit modification from NYSDEC.
Dominion E&P - Well Location - Field characterizations, wetland delineation and data research. Assessed required environmental permits and approvals for new well location.
LN-41 PA Permits for Coawne - Field characterization, wetland delineation, environmental permit assessment, prepare Erosion & Sediment Control Plan, prepare and submit a GP-5 Utility Line Stream Crossing permit application and a Pennsylvania Natural Diversity Inventory Search Form, perform a threatened & endangered species review and submit Act 14 Municipal Notifications. LN-12 Stream Exposure - Field characterizations, wetland delineation and data research. Assessed required environmental permits and approvals for pipeline maintenance.
LN-383 Maintenance Activities - Threatened & endangered species review, field characterization, prepare Erosion & Sediment Control Plan, attend field meeting with NYSDEC staff and prepare and submit to NYSDEC an Article 45 Freshwater Wetlands Permit and a 401 Water Quality certificate.
Env. Permitting LN-31 & LN-1 - Field review including wetland delineation, threatened & endangered species file review, submit letter to NYS Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation, determine stream classification and freshwater wetlands in the project area, and complete Article 15 permit.
LN-280 Pipeline - Attended a meeting with representatives from the PADEP, Corps and Dominion to discuss the preparation and submission of two Joint Permit Applications pursuant to a special condition of the Emergency Permits obtained for the LN-280 Pipeline. Prepared a joint application for permits to maintain and operate the existing LN-280 Pipeline in Elk and Clearfield Counties across streams and wetlands. The application package included a site-specific erosion and sediment control plan, General Information Form, Environmental Assessment Form, Cultural Resource Notice, Joint-Permit Application, Spill Prevention, Containment and Countermeasure Plan and a Threatened and Endangered Species Work Plan for timber rattlesnakes.
LN 30/280 Pipelines - Conducted field characterizations and wetland delineation for over 40 pipeline maintenance locations along the LN-280 and LN-30 pipelines. Provided a field summary letter which included a discussion of necessary state and federal environmental permits and approvals. Prepared a site-specific erosion and sediment control plan for use during construction. Prepared and submitted requests for Emergency Permits to the PADEP.
4-inch Gathering Line - Field characterization & wetland delineation for a new 4-inch 1,700 foot gathering pipeline. Archeological and threatened and endangered species clearance.
8 Stream Washouts - Field characterizations of eight pipeline exposures within streams. Conducted wetland delineation of access roads. Met with representatives from NYSDEC to review the washout areas and discuss potential repair options. Prepared two joint application for permits to obtain Article 15 permit and coverage under Corps NWP 12.
Little Greenlick FERC Studies - Field characterizations including stream and wetland identification. Preparation of FERC Environmental Resource Reports, including archeological clearance and timber rattlesnake assessment.
Environmental Inspection TL-474 X2 - Prepared Implementation Plan and Organic Farm Management Plan. Pre-construction environmental training and full time environmental inspection.
LN-26: South Bend & Coxcomb Gate Pigs - Survey, P.E. review, field delineation, archeological clearance, threatened and endangered species review, local permits. Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan Review and GP-5 permits.
