Wetlands - Selected Project Experience
LG&E Power Systems; Irvine, California. Prepared wetlands delineation and mapping, corrosivity survey, several environmental site assessments, soil sample analysis, and geotechnical engineering evaluations for a proposed 79 megawatt natural gas cogeneration plant and 4.6 mile transmission line.
Wormuth Brothers - Rcra Corrective Action & Wetland Delineation; West Athens, New York. RCRA Corrective Action activities at an active foundry under the authority of USEPA. A comprehensive RCRA Facility Assessment (RFA) was prepared identifying fourteen Solid Waste Management Units. Field work included delineation of wetlands around the various management units.
Lowe’s of Oneonta; Oneonta, New York. Environmental monitoring during the creation of an approximately 0.81 acre wetland mitigation area and relocation of approximately 1,100 linear feet of stream on the project site. Field reviews included the presence of invasive species in the existing wetland prior to construction and in the created wetland once construction had been completed. Conducted biannual monitoring visits on site to assess success of wetland and stream mitigation activities.
Saratoga Economic Development Corporation; Saratoga County, New York. Wetlands delineation for the approximately 6 mile proposed Luther Forest Technology Campus Electric Transmission Line. Reviewed the site for potential threatened or endangered species habitat. Prepared a Section 404 Individual Permit application.
Saratoga County Water Line; Saratoga County, New York. Wetlands delineation along an approximately 27 mile proposed water line route in Saratoga County and field review for threatened and endangered species habitat.
