Male Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce that Roberto Flores, P.E. has been promoted to Project Manager in the Civil Engineering Group. Mr. Flores joined the firm in August of this year. In his new position he will be responsible for managing water and wastewater projects for a variety of municipal and private sector clients. The Earlton, New York resident received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. His professional affiliations include the New York Water Environmental Association and Toastmasters International. Mr. Flores is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Indiana and a New York Grade 4A Wastewater Operator. C.T.
