C.T. MALE HIRES CIVIL ENGINEER ILATHAM, NY (November 2007) – C.T. Male Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Alton Knapp III, CFM to our Latham, New York Office. Alton has joined the Civil Engineering Group as a Civil Engineer I where he will assist in the design and preparation of Stormwater Management Plans and perform construction phase field inspections for various projects. With over nine years of experience, Alton was previously with the LA Group, PC as an Environmental Analyst. Alton has an A.S. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Adirondack Community College. In addition to experience, he has obtained national certification as a Certified Floodplain Manager. His professional affiliations include the Association of State Floodplain Managers and New York State Floodplain and Stormwater Managers Association. C.T.
