The C.T. Male Civil Engineering division consists of engineering professionals with expertise in civil, sanitary, chemical, geotechnical, hydraulic and transportation engineering. The division is responsible for water supply, treatment and distribution projects; wastewater collection, treatment and pumping projects; industrial facilities engineering projects; hydrologic, hydraulic and drainage analysis; highway and pavement design; traffic studies; and stormwater collection system projects. The division also has staff with current licenses to operate water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as competent staff to perform construction inspection services.

Our clients include municipalities of all sizes, state and federal government entities, medical and educational institutions, airports, commercial businesses and industries, not-for-profit organizations, economic development agencies and residential clientele.
