Upcoming Update to NYSDEC Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated With Industrial Activity GP-0-17-004

NYSDEC is in the process of issuing an updated SPDES Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity (GP-0-17-004), which is expected to be effective as of October 1, 2017.  The permit is available online at http://www.dec.ny.gov/chemical/41392.html, and is in the process of being finalized.  This permit will replace MSGP GP-0-12-001. C.T. Male Associates is pleased to announce the successful completion of another Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) project. We have been working with the Town of Fort Edward since 2013 on the cleanup of the former Grand Union property in Fort Edward, NY. New York State Extends Brownfield Cleanup Program

Governor Cuomo announced that the 2015-2016 State Budget has successfully passed. As part of this budget, the Governor and the State Legislature have agreed to extend the Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) for ten years and modify the financial incentives that are part of the BCP.
