The NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code Has Been Amended – What Does That Mean To You?

On July 13, 2017, the Code Council adopted rules that amend the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (the “Uniform Code”) and the State Energy Conservation Construction Code (the “Energy Code”). C.T. Male’s EASE Committee volunteers to cleanup the Iron Spring Park garden bed in the Village of Ballston Spa.

C.T. Male’s EASE (Environmentally Aware and Sustainable Endeavors) Committee members volunteered their time at a cleanup event at the Iron Spring Park in the Village of Ballston Spa. Budget constraints have restricted the park improvements and the Village was looking to spruce up a garden bed by Iron Spring before the County Fair began.
